History
Chienkuo Technology University started in 1965 under the name ‘Chienkuo Business Vocational School’. It had 5-year programs for Business Management, International Trade, Accounting and TV Broadcasting.
Over the years, the School had evolved from Chienkuo Industrial Vocational School in 1974, to Chienkuo Industrial Business School in 1992, to Chienkuo Institute of Technology in 1999, to Chienkuo University of Technology in 2004.
The Department of International Business Administration was established in 2001.
By 2014, there were eight classes for the Day Program, six classes for the Night Program, and two classes for the Weekend Program.
